BII Benefits Summary

Time-off policies - Bii offers traditional time-off packages competitive with industry practices including Vacation, Holidays and Paid Sick Leave.

Medical, Dental & Vision Plans - BII offers both HMO and PPO coverage for our Medical and Dental Plans. Current carriers are: Health Net for Medical Insurance, Delta Dental Insurance and Spectera for our Vision Plan. Employees who show proof of insurance through another medical plan, and who elect not to participate in Bii's Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, are eligible for an "Opt-out bonus". This "bonus" is paid to employees monthly for each month that they do not participate in the plans.

401(k) - Following the completion of 6 months of employment and achieving the age of 21 years, regular fulltime employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) program, which is administered by Merrill Lynch. The company matches 100% of the first 4% that you contribute.

Life Insurance - The Company provides each employee with 1x their annual salary for Life and AD&D insurance. Supplemental life, AD&D and dependent coverage can be purchased by the employee.

Long Term Disability (LTD) - Company provided. The plan pays 60% of your salary while you are disabled.

Accident, Cancer, Hospitalization, Short-term Disability and Term Life Insurance - Various insurance coverage can be purchased through AFLAC on an individual basis for both the employee and his/her dependents.

Section 125 Plan (Flexible Spending Accounts) - Employees may enroll in a flexible spending plan that allows out-of-pocket medical costs, child care expenses and certain benefit premiums, to be deducted from pre-tax income so as to reduce income tax liability.
