Patrick Norton
Site Operations Manager

Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement have always been important to Mr. Norton, and in his role as Site Operations Manager his focus on these areas is critical to the continuing success of the facility. The implementation of Lean initiatives was a key step down the road to greatness for Bii.
Mr. Norton began working at Bii in December of 1999 when he was hired as Plant Superintendent. He advanced to Production Manager before becoming Site Operations Manager. Prior to joining Bii, he was Production Manager for 15 years at Calsonic Climate Control. Calsonic manufactures automobile air conditioners and is a Tier 1 supplier to Nissan, GM, Mitsubishi, Subaru, and others.
Mr. Norton attended Whittier College, California State University Fullerton and earned his AS in Business Management from Cypress College.
As Site Operations Manager, Mr. Norton has full operational responsibility for the Timken Los Alamitos facility. The areas within Operations include Engineering, Materials, Production, Quality, and Customer Service.
