Visionary leadership and commanding support are high priorities in optimizing an aerospace repair station. As General Manager, Mr. Radcliffe focuses his more than 27 years of industry experience, extensive practical knowledge and customer emphasis on achieving results for the customer. Prior to being named General Manager, Mr. Radcliffe was Operations and Supply Chain Manager where he successfully transitioned the integration of Bearing Inspection and Timken.

At the age of 19, Mr. Radcliffe began working for Bii in the manufacturing division and was promoted to departmental lead and supervisory positions. Through repeated acknowledgement of responsibility and successes Mr. Radcliffe continued to achieve further promotions to Manager, Director and eventually Vice President. While building his career at Bii, Mr. Radcliffe returned to college to further his academic education. In 1998, he completed his bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.

His current role as General Manager at Timken Bearing Inspection is an acknowledgement of his years of valuable service and commitment to excellence on the job. Mr. Radcliffe's expanded roles of responsibility now include all functions at the Timken Los Alamitos facility.
