We believe this defines Bii. We actively pursue our customers to visit our company because we know after they see the facility and meet the people that they will be impressed. We pride ourselves on a progressive culture like the great companies of today. Our employees care deeply about what we do, how (well) we do it, and about each other. For many, there is a passion behind being an employee of Bii, participating in our Mission and embodying the values that we hold dear. Creating this "feeling" and developing our culture is something that we have nurtured over time. It begins with a thorough interviewing process that is as focused equally on fit as it is on capability. Once selected, all new employees receive a copy of "Good to Great" by Jim Collins. This is the book where some of the tenets that we have adopted are derived from. With the same starting point we are constantly striving to keep employees informed, aware and on the same page with the direction of the company.
