Bii's Customer Service Department exemplifies the portion of Bii's mission statement "We are passionate about exceeding customer expectations". This group has over 40 years of customer service experience. We are proud to introduce the members of this staff.



Debra Steverson
Customer Service Manager

Debra is responsible for managing the entire Los Alamitos Bearing Inspection, Inc. Customer Service group as well as coordinating our VMI programs.

She has worked in Customer Service for almost twenty years in various high tech industries including satellite navigation and communications, enterprise and embedded computing systems distribution, and semiconductor manufacturing. Prior to joining Timken Los Alamitos, Debra was employed as a Customer Service manager at International Rectifier, a pioneer and world leader in advanced power management technology.

Debra earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Redlands, and an Associate of Applied Science in Data Processing at New York City Technical College.




Steve Castorena

Steve handles the America East region, United States Air Force, and Canada.

Steve has been working at Bii since October of 1996, and has experience in the Facilities, Receiving and Customer Service departments.




Breanna Kelley
Customer Service Coordinator

Breanna assists in the order approval process by reviewing customer contracts and purchase orders. She serves as a liaison between Customer Service, Engineering, Receiving and Quality groups to ensure accurate processing of external and internal customer requirements.

She joined the Bii Customer Service team in 2007.




Barbara Rabelo

Barbara services Bii's customers in Europe, Middle East, and South American regions. She also is in charge of handling special engineering jobs and all non-contract Government accounts.

Barbara worked in the Bii Accounting department for 2 years prior to joining the Customer Service department in 2001.

Donna Yaoath

Donna is responsible for the United States Navy and also works with our customers in the Americas West, and Asia Pacific regions.

Donna has been a member of the Bii team since 1998 when she began working in the Engineering department and then transferred to our Customer Service department soon afterwards.
