Bearing Inspection, Inc. (Bii) is the world's leading bearing services organization. Headquartered in Los Alamitos, California, Bii is approved by the FAA, CAAC China, European Aviation Safety Agency, and Thailand Department of Aviation.

Founded in 1955, Bii is the premier source of bearing inspection and reconditioning for leading air carriers, military organizations, ground power generation and industrial organizations worldwide. For nearly half a century, Bii has been providing significant cost reduction and improved performance through the inspection and reconditioning of gas turbine main engine, gearbox, airframe, APU, helicopter and industrial anti-friction ball & roller bearings.

Bii offers a complete line of bearing services, including:

The cost effective alternative to expensive and hard to procure new OEM bearings, Bii's Certified Reconditioning™ offers the highest value in Level 2 bearing reconditioning, providing a reliable and affordable solution for extending the life of your high-value ball and roller bearings.

Through visual, dimensional and dynamic inspection processes, Bii's Certified Inspection™ process verifies the serviceability of your ball and roller bearings, promoting continued reliable operation.

Bii's Ship Direct™ program simplifies the bearing overhaul process by combining our Certified Inspection™ and Certified Reconditioning™ programs into one convenient solution. Bii handles the entire inspection and, if necessary, the reconditioning process so you don't have to.

For the small percentage of bearings that are not reclaimed by Bii's Certified Reconditioning™ process, Bii offers the Maximum Yield™ program. Through this service, Bii reconditions bearings obtained on the open market to provide replacement for bearings that are rejected during the reconditioning process.

In addition to our world-class inspection and repair programs, Bii also offers a number of specialized services through our Engineered Services™ program. This program covers a full range of bearing services, including design review and computer simulation, ABEC inspections, component geometry and surface finish measurement, dynamic analysis and condition/failure analysis.
