It's that simple. When complete, Bii will carefully package and ship your inspected and/or reconditioned bearings back to your facility, providing your fleet with optimum operational performance.
The Program
Bii's Ship Direct™ program simplifies the bearing overhaul process by combining our Certified Inspection™ and Certified Reconditioning™ programs into one convenient solution, at no extra cost to you. Specially designed for facilities without in-house bearing inspection capabilities, our maintenance technicians oversee the entire process for you - from the inspection phase, to the reconditioning phase, to return shipment. You can have peace of mind knowing that our technical experts are supervising every step of your reconditioning process, and providing the high quality overhaul that has made Bii an industry leader for nearly half a century.
The Process
Each bearing undergoes our Certified Inspection™ process, where it receives a complete visual, dimensional, and functional inspection, as well as a complete cleaning. If a bearing fails inspection, it is immediately routed to our Certified Reconditioning™ process for reconditioning and final inspection. The fully reconditioned bearings are then shipped back to you, cleaned and preserved in vacuum-sealed packaging complete with:

Bii's Certified Inspection™ process is fully approved by the FAA, CAAC, European Aviation Safety Agency, and Thailand DOA.
